The Centro Ciclista Sineense - Comércio de Motociclos Lda is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data. It assumes the commitment that the processing of personal data will be done according to the Law.

The collection of personal data directly, through the WEB, social pages or other electronic means of data collection, will not be treated by Centro Ciclista Sineense, Lda, except for the specific purposes for which they are intended and as indicated on the site where the collection is performed.

For this reason, Centro Ciclista Sineense, Lda transmits its data to the representatives in Portugal of the brand of new vehicles purchased by itself and the respective manufacturers, to insurers in the case of contracting insurance through our mediator, to financial entities in case they want to contract financing through our credit intermediaries on an ancillary basis, to tax, customs or other entities, when dealing with procedures relating to the allocation of tax benefits, destruction of end-of-life vehicles or the like. Outside these contexts, we will not transmit your personal information, except with your express consent.

If you receive any contact from us, for the promotion of goods or services or for an purpose not expressly contemplated in the site of electronic collection, it is because these data are included in our database, which is before May 25, 2018 and was previously controlled by a controlling authority in Portugal, the CNPD, which legitimizes its treatment, or because after that date, has expressly authorized us to do so already in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

We remind you that at any time you may, without any charge, exercise the right to withdraw the consent previously granted, request the correction, modification, restriction, anonymisation or deletion of your personal data, request an explanation of the treatment and exercise the right to complain with the supervisory authority.
